Actually the chocolate philly is rather nice...cool and creamy

Cambozola is my favourite, or stilton (can't eat stilton without dd getting in on the act though!). Mmm-mmm...

BlueSuedeStiletto · 11/09/2012 22:47

Oooh, stilton with digestives! Yummm

And Badger, wow that sounds amazing. I think I know what I'm having for tea tomorrow.

shrimponastick · 11/09/2012 22:48

Hell, no. DH has lost a stone in two weeks eating just cheese. It's cracking stuff. You would be unreasonable NOT to eat cheese.

What????? give me more information!!!!

shrimponastick · 11/09/2012 22:49

I love cheese. Most types - but not the stuff with fruit in. Waste of a good cheese IMO.

Inneedofbrandy · 11/09/2012 22:57

OO I love cheese to. Cheese and marmite, grapes stilton and digestives, applewood, bugavia (spelling) smoked, philly. I eat cheese before bed and have never had nightmares or really strong dreams

WelshMaenad · 11/09/2012 23:04

Cheese and honey atop a buttered crumpet. HELLO sailor.

BlueSuedeStiletto · 11/09/2012 23:12

Right. I just went to the kitchen for a cuppa. I spotted a half eaten pack of Cornish wafers. I am now munching away on them, with a big slice of chedder, some shavings or real parmesan that my mum bought me in Italy, and sundried tomatoes.

I am VERY cross with all of you for putting the idea of this snack in to my head.

ExitPursuedByABear · 11/09/2012 23:15

Cheeeeeese.

WelshMaenad · 11/09/2012 23:20

I am now randomly trilling 'Cheese!' in the style of Tim Minchin. Husband thinks I've gone gaga.

ExitPursuedByABear · 11/09/2012 23:23

I always think of Wallace and Grommit.

Sossiges · 11/09/2012 23:30

Nothing like a slice of Cheddar on a ginger biscuit
Or some Welsh rarebit

Cheese with fruit in is usually disgusting but I had some last Christmas with brandied raisins in & it wasn't too bad - Christmas pudding-y. Best to just have the pudding with a nice slab of cheese though.

WelshMaenad · 11/09/2012 23:31

CHEESE!

BlueSuedeStiletto · 11/09/2012 23:40

I feel a bit sick now. Have eaten too much cheeeeese. Sad

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 11/09/2012 23:42

LOVE cheese. Tesco do a double gloucester with chives and pickled onion in it.

It's not classy but it's divine. Grin

HipHopOpotomus · 11/09/2012 23:53

Ahhhh cheese. Grin
Christmas cake with a slice of cheddar - my fav Xmas treat!

BookieMonster · 12/09/2012 03:34

YANBU. Hard goats cheese from Holland on an oatcake with a scrape of quince paste. Food of the gods.

Peeenut · 12/09/2012 07:34

Another fan of cheese and hot cross buns.

Glittertwins · 12/09/2012 07:37

Cheddar and raspberry jam sandwiches :) I used to love these as a child

KellyElly · 12/09/2012 09:25

Had a night of very weird dreams. Was on a rollorcoaster with Chris Martin in one of them. No idea where that strange thought came from. I blame the cheese Grin

This thread is making me hungry.

ExitPursuedByABear · 12/09/2012 10:30

Oh yes - cheese on hot cross buns or a currant teacake. Nom nom.

HipHopOpotomus · 12/09/2012 14:05

I fasted yesterday.

Then I read this cheese thread in bed.

Then I had the worst nights sleep ever (a rare occurrence), with disturbed crazy dreams. Just for reading about lust for cheese on an empty stomach.

BeauNeidel · 12/09/2012 14:40

You utter bastards.

I have just gone and got a slab of brie, some crackers and chutney so will be absent from MN for 15 minutes.

Not hungry in the slightest wasn't me that just ate a whole pack of biscuits but I MUST HAVE CHEESE!

Grin
KenLeeeeeee · 12/09/2012 14:43

I'm lactose intolerant & cheese makes me feel rotten, but I love the taste of it (especially Wensleydale!) so sometimes splurge & just tell myself that the pain is soooooo worth it.

HipHopOpotomus · 12/09/2012 14:45

KenLeeeee is goats cheese any better for you?
