I can't help it. He had a beard when we met and I fancied f* out of him. I'm all about the hairy men. He's a good looking guy, but when he shaves he's just not as good looking. AIBU?

my lovely man has always had a goatee and I luffs it. I did wonder what he would look like without but he always said no to shaving it off. One day he came downstairs smirking, I kept saying what's up? what's different? he said, I dunno says I, no beard says he.... Arghhhh says I, I did not notice. All day next day at work people kept saying you look pale are you ok? no one noticed and when he pointed it out one person said 'oh did you have a beard' its back again, for good.

yanbu dp has a beard and he shaved it off years ago and it made him look about 12! he grew it back and it is never spoken of!

I hate when my husband has a beard and I whinge and moan a lot a little about it , he is quite hairy so it is a PITA to shave every day so I like stubble not the full beard, yanbu though you like what you like

My Dad has a beard and threatened to shave it off for my wedding. I told him that under no circumstances was that happening, because "my Dad has a beard." He'd done this once before when I was younger and I wouldn't go near him. It was just all wrong.
