I bought a tumble dryer through next directory in November 2010. It is a whirlpool sixth sense. It broke last year, stopped tumbling, whirlpool via Next came and fixed it.
It broke again on Monday, same problem. I have been chasing them since then to get it fixed. Told that it is "out of guarantee" "someone will call whirlpool and get back to me" and "I'm talking to them now, will call you back shortly."
I am PISSED OFF! I want my TWO HUNDRED POUND dryer fixing/replacing!
AIBU to think that if I spend that much on a white good it should last longer than 21 months?
