to wonder what sort of knickers you wear?

I spend a lot on bras - usually Agent Provocateur, expensive but so worth it - but am then persuaded how lovely it would be to have the matching silk thong/briefs. I then don't wear them because I am more comfortable in the old faithful cotton high waisted knickers......

So what do you do - go for comfort or glamour, and what about VPL, or does anybody go commando? Does anybody actually find thongs comfortable?

Sorry if this is a bit kinky for a Saturday afternoon but i am genuinely interested. I would like comfort AND glamour. AIBU to wonder if this is actually achievable?

I did have one pair of arse hungry knickers though but ended up binning them in a pub toilet

LOL! Must get off the PC..... washing up to do/ guinea pigs to clean out/ thongs to wash.......

Normally I much prefer thongs which sit on the hip as I find them the most comfortable, they ride up all the time and need tweeking, I find full-cheek knickers one side or the other is rucking up, things are designed to sit against your crotch and not move! They don't show through your clothes either.

However I am currently pregnant and none of my thongs fit, so I am in full granny knickers which I am not liking but it's a temp solution. :)

Remus, I have one of these. It takes a bit of tugging to get on, but I find it very comfortable and gives a good shape.

That looks Good, Frankel. Thankyou. It looks as if it would be more comfortable than sucker-inner knickers, which I often find a bit pinchy on my legs (and my legs aren't even THAT big!). I will go and investigate. I also wondered about buying sucker-inner knickers but in a size up to avoid leg pinching, but I suspect that might defeat the object. :)

I bought some "no VPL Brazilian knickers" (3 for £10) from Marks and Spencer after seeing them recommended on here. They are the most comfortable knickers I have ever had.

I wear big black or white cotton ones from asda. The do gold black and white non vpl ones so Im sorted on that fron too.

For work days when I am exposed to blood, urine and poo all day I have cotton comfy knickers and bras.
For high days and holidays I have lovely lacy bras with matching knickers - there are very few high days and holidays!

I wear plain cotton thongs. Usually black. And comfy !

None most of the time when wearing jeans or trousers, and whatever matches the bra when I am making more of an effort...

I never, ever wear non-matching bra and knickers. I wouldn't even dream of buying a bra without the knickers (or thong).

I wear things or shorts.

Always match colours (or ensure major colour on Knicks match bra)

In my youth (when i had more money to spend friviously!) I'd only ever wear matching style / design.

Thongs not things!

I don't do briefs, and I don't do anything that comes in a pack of 5, too Mum for me.
I have loads of matching stuff, from Primark mainly, I'm small and a standard size so can get it cheaply, and then loads of other pants, from french knickers to thongs (tbf, I rarely wear these), to brazilians, and everything between.
Today I'm wearing cookie monster shorts, with a plain black t-shirt bra.
I love underwear, and have two drawers stuffed full of it.

BIG ones, I like my comfort. DD was sorting out her clothes from the wash and took a pair if my pants thinking they were her t shirt

I love white stuff knickers they have lovely prints, mother of pearl buttons and are very soft boy shorts

I always buy 2 pairs of knickers for every bra - thong & either shorts or high leg. Wear the thong with trousers or tight dresses, the others with short skirts / dresses. Always matching.

I wear big comfy pants.I usually buy them from Asda or Tesco.

I always get these , these or these - all from M&S. So, so comfy!

I just can't do big pants, I'd feel I was turning into my mother.
I'm single, happily so, no one needs to see my pants, but I need to know I like what's going on under my clothes, and that can't be huge pack of fives.

I couldn't wear knickers like that, I like my arse covered up. They look a bit drafty to me.

I have never in my life worn matching bra and knickers. I never will...
