To "think" that "quotation marks" are being "overused" lately?

That and "said".
Eg, "so I refused to give said child it's fruit shoot back"
"I decided to bring pombears to said party"

And yes, I realise it doesn't matter, but it "irks" me. Grin

I've noticed people on my facebook doing this:

Can't "believe" I'm going on holiday this week. "marmaris" here we come. "yay".
I don't get it.
