Keanu reeves and Brian Cox?

The answer is more than likely yes so you will need to share your unreasonable crushes.

OAM, the funny is a given, but my over-riding thought was "shorter than I expected and luffly skin"

He stayed for ages, signing autographs and talking to fans. He gave DH a hug and told him he was punching above his weight in marrying me Grin [ignores fact that he probably says that to every other fan he meets]

rhondajean · 14/07/2012 22:48

Who's the dark haired boss in criminal minds, he'd get it too

Childoftheseventies · 14/07/2012 22:53

Can I join the pre-beard and weight gain Val Kilmer appreciation society, please? Willow... The Doors... Top Gun... Tombstone... hmmmmmm

yesiamanaturalblue · 14/07/2012 22:56

rhonda Tim Burgess!!! I love him!...... then, i met him, about 5 years ago (twice actually, went backstage at charlatans gig then to a signing sesh at hmv), Hmmall rubbery faced and plasticky (sp?) I have now replaced that image, with a mental one of the one I used to know and love.

CaveMum · 14/07/2012 23:01

If we're straying into "non-unusual" crush territory, I give you:

Dave Grohl
And James Marsters (Spike from Buffy)

They, along with Messrs Smith, Cumberbatch and Tennant form my "List" Wink

Lottapianos · 14/07/2012 23:02

MrsWFT, you're so welcome. Never feel ashamed - the heart wants what it wants! Wink We all have moments when we get surprised by fancying Nick Clegg unexpected types

rhondajean · 14/07/2012 23:02

Oh no yes that's the picture I have too!

I also managed to get ahold of Damon albarns hair about eight years ago, I can confirm its lovely and soft. Cough.

WerthersUnOriginal · 14/07/2012 23:04

I loved Val Kilmer in Tombstone (well him and Johnny Ringo swoonBlush) Brilliant film.

I didn't know he'd got um wider...and I just googled and oh...Nooo!!Shock He seems to have turned into Uncle Buck. Oh well, that's the end of that fantasy.

OAM2009 · 14/07/2012 23:04

CaveMum, Sad, can't do short men Sad The punching above your weight line is a class gag though Grin

Also, everyone, have we forgotten someone?

CLINT EASTWOOD

mcyawny · 14/07/2012 23:07

rhonda your way with words this evening is cracking me up!

Ooh ooh ooh Eddie Izzard

I think I'm seeing a trend here - Eddie Izzard, Tim Curry in Rocky Horror, possibly a little bit Alex Reid, David Walliams, I think I have an attraction to cross dressers!

Perhaps I could convert dh

Lottapianos · 14/07/2012 23:08

Clint Eastwood - barf, just horrid (sorry)

Eddie Izzard - yes please, with a cherry on top (with suit and beard, not in drag)

rhondajean · 14/07/2012 23:09

Mcyawyny I erm see you mentioned Alex Reid there too

I did once have a bf who let me put eyeliner on him before we went out for the night.

MrsLetch · 14/07/2012 23:09

I quite like Prof Cox too.

I also offer up the actor from Horrible Histories. I particularly like the skinny one (Matthew Baynton??) especially when he has got black eye liner on. I also like the chubbbier one (Jim Howick??) too.

My others include:
Rageh Omar
Krishnan Guru Murphy
Jeremy Paxman (sexy for an older man)
David Mitchell

Everyone (including my husband) says I have a very odd taste in men. Grin

OAM2009 · 14/07/2012 23:10

mcyawny, a man in suspenders is always a good thing! (obviously shaved first) Grin

Never got Val Kilmer, he looks like a Ken doll to me.

(also can't even watch Richard Gere on screen, he makes my skin crawl Angry)

CaveMum · 14/07/2012 23:12

Oh he wasn't "short" short OAM. I just expected him to be taller! He was probably about 5'10ish. DH is 6'1 and was definitely a few inches taller.

All the same lying down, and all that Wink

loflo · 14/07/2012 23:13

Jimmy Nail
Philip Glenister
Noel Fielding

Blush
OAM2009 · 14/07/2012 23:13

Lottapianos ????? Tall, handsome, tough as boots, laconic - he's awesome.

MrsLetch sorry but you Do have weird (and esoteric) taste in men!!!! Wink

GinPalace · 14/07/2012 23:16

James MacAvoy first time I have ever fancied a fawn!

Lottapianos · 14/07/2012 23:16

Sorry OAM, love a bit of tall and handsome but he's not my bag at all!

mcyawny · 14/07/2012 23:16

Max Branning Eastenders. IABU.
rhonda when you said from the neck down it got me thinking that maybe just maybe Alex Reid could do it for me. Then I thought about him cross dressing and thought yes actually. Still unreasonable though.

I'm now having a lot of thoughts over men in women's clothes. Perhaps I should blame the pregnancy hormones?

OAM2009 · 14/07/2012 23:16

CaveMum "all the same lying down" - I like how you roll Grin

(5'10" is still shorter than DH tho and he's the benchmark Sad. Well, if we're doing comedians, I'll have Chris Addison instead, despite selling out to whoever)

Childoftheseventies · 14/07/2012 23:16

Don't get Val Kilmer? The mouth, the teeth, the neck? Weirdo!

Lottapianos · 14/07/2012 23:17

Yes to Philip Glenister, although ashamed of myself (as a devoted feminist) because he's a rotter as Gene Hunt! still would

Lottapianos · 14/07/2012 23:18

Alex Reid is VERY hunky Blush

OAM2009 · 14/07/2012 23:23

When I was 17, I wrote a list of everyone I fancied. Everyone. Teachers, friends, celebrities, the lot. But I had to stop as once I got past no. 117, it seemed a bit silly. And made me seem like a insert naughty word for naughty girl

Then I met DH...
