The one with the DH's daughter? I'm gone an hour and poof!

OP posts:
EmpressOfTheSevenOceans · 12/07/2012 16:41

The OP could have turned the thread round at any moment by listening to other people's points of view and accepting that SWBU. Her choice not to.

puds11 · 12/07/2012 16:44

It was a vile thread, and it really annoyed a lot of people. Obviously not me though Hmm

LineRunner · 12/07/2012 16:44

Imagine winning the World Cunt Contest. Wow.

TheOneWithTheHair · 12/07/2012 16:45

There wasn't a bun fight because everyone agreed but MNHQ came on at the end to say there were so many personal attacks and so many reports that it would be too time consuming to delete all the attacks. Deleting it was the easiest way of dealing with it.

Shutupanddrive · 12/07/2012 16:47

Damn it, I had only got to page 5 and then it was gone! Angry

LineRunner · 12/07/2012 16:48

There was at least a collective understanding of decency, threading the 'cunts' together.

onetiredmummy · 12/07/2012 16:48

valiumredhead

The OP was complaining that her dh had fathered a child 20 years ago but only seen the dd once, never paid any maintenance & had the audacity to track the useless father & email him & ask for medical info. The OP's mother was ill but the OP replied to the dd (why, who knows) saying that her father would contact her in due course. The father then had cold feet & didn't contact her whereby the dd sent another polite mail asking if he was still thinking about it.
The huge uproar came about because the OP did not want the dd to have a place in her (OP's) family & made comments along the lines of 'she means nothing to me, nothing to do with me' etc. Note the girl did not ask fuckwit father for any relationship, merely medical info.

It all got a bit bunfighty but the OP insisted on defending her stance, nobody on the thread agreed with her. At all.

BabeRuthless · 12/07/2012 16:49

It was more a cuntfight than a bun fight.

Treblesallround · 12/07/2012 16:50

I loved the expession 'weapons-grade cunt'. Can't remember who it was, but thanks for the new insult. Don't actually swear in RL but can say it in my head.Grin

puds11 · 12/07/2012 16:50

Ewwww bleaches brain due to cuntfight images

Gigondas · 12/07/2012 16:51

It was amazing as op was so cunty , people were unanimous about this and yet she wasn't having it.

I would love to think it was a bridge dweller but sadly reckon it might be real.

bogeyface · 12/07/2012 16:53

I seem to recall that the OP was more worried that "this girl" wanted money than anything else.

It was a vile thread and I was absolutely disgusted at the OP and her DH. In a way I hope that the girl is an MNer (she has a child herself) and can see the outpouring of disgust at the way her father and stepmother have treated her.

LineRunner · 12/07/2012 16:53

If she was real, I reckon she didn't want a challenger who might be written into the husband's will.

bogeyface · 12/07/2012 16:55

I dont think the OP is a bridge dweller either, and for once I am gutted that she isnt :(

ratspeaker · 12/07/2012 17:01

That wasn't an attack it was a description.

Actually I think, in the circumstances , we were very restrained

One of the MN supersleuths dug out an amazingly similar thread from a couple of months ago which made me think we might have a bridge dweller.

Groovee · 12/07/2012 17:46

ooooer

GlassofRose · 12/07/2012 17:51

I wondered where this thread went.

Didn't occur to me someone would make something up to post on here!

monkeyslut · 12/07/2012 17:58

Link to old thread please Smile

The cunty one was a doozy.

ohchristFENTON · 12/07/2012 18:06

Ive got a horrible feeling she was genuine - if I can use that word for such a being.

It was cuntish either way, troll or genuine.

Still, it passed a rainy afternoon.

HecateHarshPants · 12/07/2012 18:22

Oh, gone has it?

I asked the OP whether she had posted about it before, because I remembered reading practically the exact same situation a while ago.

but I wasn't troll hunting, honest. I was genuinely just wondering if she'd posted about it before!

SoleSource · 12/07/2012 18:28

There have been quite a few opening posts here I have not believed to be true.

Trolls galore of late.

Moominsarescary · 12/07/2012 18:33

Unfortunately there are plenty of fathers and step mothers who are just like that op

ohchristFENTON · 12/07/2012 18:44

And if you think that, then her work is done. Hmm
