Because I just wrapped up DS5's birthday presents and thought I'd have catch up on AIBU threads before I went to bed!

Because I'm an insomniac and won't sleep until at least 2am most nights. Until I get too cream crackered and pass out on the sofa at 7pm

Shrimp, burglars generally visit in the daytime when you are out, or very early in the morning, 6 am onwards. Well that's what the nice detective told me anyway when he was investigating my neighbours burglary. So lock the doors and go to bed!

To be fair, my burglars visited at 11pm. But they then knocked over the wheelie bin, set off the floodlights and trapped themselves in the back garden, so maybe not pros...?! Even police laughed
