Ok here goes ds is nearing the end of yr 1 at primary school. One of the mums in his class has been boasting about her "xpole"(which has been "erected" in the front room!) and wants to host an Ann summers party next weekend. Tbh it's not my bag and it doesn't sit easy with me to have your dc subjected to all that jazz! Aibu?

I'm unsure of what the actual AIBU is

Dunno Sole - someone narrowminded maybe thinks that anyone who owns a pole And hosts Ann Summers parties is a bit of a perv and a bad influence on kids Hmm...no one can be that stupid surely so no, I dont know!

Thumbwitch · 29/06/2012 11:29

Oh I was wondering if it was a games pole, like in Xbox - hey ho. What was the AIBU again?

Well, it depends on whether the 5yo is expected to dance around the pole during the Ann Summers party really.

Otherwise, they can just play Fireman Sam with it; and hopefully be in bed while the mum does her less salubrious exercises on it.
