To refuse to feel guilty that I have hurt DD's teddy bears feelings?

By failing to give him an invite to my birthday party? Surely I can invite who I like to MY party and those not invited should not be sobbing furry tears into their little jumpers and demanding extra honey to stave off their sad unhappy feelings?

I imagine the guilt is unbearable...

PandaWatch · 25/06/2012 11:39

What a grizzly situation. Certainly one to give you paws for thought. I think the best thing you could do is to panda to your DD by telling her you fur-got to invite the teddy but that you will make a special high koala-ty invitation to send to him now.

"Is this a reverse AIBU?"

piprabbit Who actually eats all the goodies? Is it you or the DC?

I think you are all being ridiculous, and you should tell him to bear up!

Onthebottomwithawomansweekly · 25/06/2012 13:32

Well if you invite him now it'll make you look a bit fur-tive.

Paws for thought for a moment - your opinion is the polar opposite to your DCs' at present but maybe it will change.

Don't pooh-pooh any of the suggestions above, they might be useful.

For food perhaps you could serve bear-claws?

SillyBeardyBatman · 25/06/2012 13:35

Leave the bearstard!

shewhowines · 25/06/2012 17:32

Excuse the rant. I've bearly started. It seems there is discrimination happening here against the bear community. My bears are thing of taking it to the Daily Mail or contacting the Wright show to make a stand for bears worldwide.

They don't ask a lot to make them happy.

  1. A wood to shit in obviously
  2. Cuddles and love and the occasional picnic/birthday party invite

Remember- A bear is not just for christmas
