i am i know but.......

It is a very very beautiful chair which would probably last a long time.

Also i am completely fed up with always getting the cheaper crapper option. Whether jeans or beams i prefer the more expensive one but sensibly get tje matalan£10 ones. Or the smart price ones. Every time. Every bloody time.

So this beauteous chair.

Should i? I could whack it on the credit card and work some extras.

Or i could work some extras and then plan a weekend away. Maybe.

Yabu....it looks like it's made of old pallets! here

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 19:00

Incredibly comfortable. I have a very knackered back.

Not my cup of tea but sometimes you do just have to go for it; life's too short Smile

notpoorcosiamQueen · 02/06/2012 19:03

Am thinking you could get a lot more for your money elsewhere.

ItsAllGoingToBeFine · 02/06/2012 19:04

If you have to buy it on a credit card then no, you can't really afford it.

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 19:05

I just can't justify such a vast sum.

Will keep looking.

Where are you going to put it when it rains? And for the six eight ten few months of the year when it's too cold/wet to sit out?

TheHouseOnTheCorner · 02/06/2012 19:06

My DH could knock one of those up from salvage! Really..don't buy that! Ask someone handy to make you one.

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 19:06

If put on the card i would work the extras specifically to pay it off.

Everytime I do this something happens, usually a house move and I end up selling it for buttons. Ikea all the way for us from now onwards.

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 19:08

The pic doesn't do it justice. Really nicely made. All smooth and comfy.

Im just hacked off with the continual compromising and never getting the thing i actually want.

OP posts:
Sparklingbunting · 02/06/2012 19:09

Mmm, It is very nice but not sure it's £300 worth of very nice IYKWIM.

Sparklingbunting · 02/06/2012 19:10

I know what you mean about the compromising though, it would be a real treat to buy something quite expensive and luxurious.

anniewoo · 02/06/2012 19:15

Can you just sit on it as opposed to sunbathe also?

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 19:21

Yes. It jas wedges so can be more upright or more flat.

Its the curve i like that supports the back. I can't do flat or just a flat sitty up bit.
Has anyone seen anything similar elsewhere?

I spent £75 on a bread bin once.

It was a beautiful bread bin and I loved it. I still have it but it doesn't make me as happy any more.

Go for it, you only live once.

rainydaysarebad · 02/06/2012 19:39

If you can afford it then why not? It's not an impulse buy because you're thinking about it.

LaurieFairyCake · 02/06/2012 19:41

Buy it, it looks like it's beautifully made

shine0ncrazydiamond · 02/06/2012 19:54

Reality - yeah , me too. 40 quid on a pair of Toms in the week.

FiftyShadesOfBunting · 02/06/2012 20:02

I do have converse rather than primark but only because they were reduced.
