P and C places

I'm now thinking about packing some sandwiches and a flask and spending the day watching the P and C places to see all the antics old people get up to.

I saw an old man sitting in a car park in his car eating sarnies and reading the paper. Sadly he was not in p&c but he had manage to straddle two spaces. I felt like giving him a high five.

And he was wearing a deer stalker.

I have been to my first place. A car pulls into a disabled space. Two people get out and help a man into a wheelchair. . No controversy. Space used correctly. Phew.
