I thought you marked your place so that when you come back to thread, you don't have to re-read the comments before your marker? Why does that make someone a wanker?

I dont find it nearly as annoying as all those "BROOK NO ARGUMENT" threads...it really sets my teeth on edge...so... STRIDENT.
