urgently need advice - QUICK

DP been ill with very high fever for 5 days, vomitting, headache, lerthargic and achey. Has come out in a rash, not raised, have done tumbler test. His temp is up again, rash is red all over his body and from googling looks a little like a german measles rash, his jabs are all up to date. What do I do?????

Only seeing this now, how is he today?

Just wanted to say dh had the same symptoms (about 8 wks before our wedding) :( and he had twisted a testicle. The pain so so sore he was vomiting, he had a rash also, but even then the doc wasn't sure if they were related.

His doc give him pain killer and dh ended up driving himself to A&E hours later as he was in so much pain.

Is there a walk in or out of hours service? It might be scarlet fever, though I think the rash usually comes out sooner than that.

He is slightly better today, rash fading, keeping food down - has had a chicken roll and is drinking fluids, temp down a little.

Testicle pain subsided.

Grim as it is I think he sweated a lot of it out his system last night.

He is being very head in the sand about it but aslong as he doesn't seem worse I can't do much.
