Would the daily fucking fail address the real issues please

Snowboarder · 06/04/2012 21:32

Confused. Link pls.

With no idea of what this thread is about I would say that sometimes due to PND people don't know until they have children that they might have problems loving them.

Is that it? Mysterious. Whatcha on about OP?

Bohica · 06/04/2012 22:12

Did the other fred reach its limit?

I missed the start of that one so didn't join in but I'm here now Smile

Please feel free to explain a little further.

CadburysHeaveEgg · 06/04/2012 22:13

Nah, can barely stand mine, but now they're here I suppose they'll have their uses at some point.

Hassled · 06/04/2012 22:15

You don't have to like other people's children, though, do you?

CadburysHeaveEgg · 06/04/2012 22:18

Unless you're a step parent, apparently, but you can always fake it [bugrin]

Whatmeworry · 06/04/2012 22:20

I love them sauteed....

southeastastra · 06/04/2012 22:22

well no i suppose it isn't ideal

southeastastra · 06/04/2012 22:23

you could sell them

5inthebed · 06/04/2012 22:23

I only had mine so that when they are old enough they can run around after me and do the housework.

Seemed a cheaper option than hiring staff, plus they provide a good income with CB and FTC no?

Aribura · 06/04/2012 22:23

See, people are going to agree with this but they're still first in line to insist "it's different when they're your own!" and encourage people who hate children to have them.

ShellyBoobs · 06/04/2012 22:23

Another bollocks thread.

Why start something with so little explanation that no one can understand what they're supposed to be evaluating and then not even return to elaborate?

YAB VERY FUCKING U.

Whatmeworry · 06/04/2012 22:28

you could sell them

I was very disappointed at the Morrisons baby changing facility when they said i couldn't change the baby for a microwave.

LentillyFart · 06/04/2012 22:33

Hear Hear shellyboobs - it's beyond annoying. I wonder if the OP is pissed?

McFluffster · 06/04/2012 22:34

I warn people about parenthood. It's not like the fricking adverts, is it?

animula · 06/04/2012 22:35

I had mine so that I could dress them up a lot.

Some of my friends had them because they just couldn't think of any other new ways to spend their money.

antsypants · 06/04/2012 22:36

This is why you should be able to have a 14 day cooling off period, that way, if you don't like them you can return them for a full refund or credit note.

McFluffster · 06/04/2012 22:36

In fact, I think I've been mis-sold. Where can I get my money back? Grin

boglach · 06/04/2012 22:52

Well I am pissed and not entirely sure what I was getting at, but I loathe the middle class pretentious shite that unless you can provide organised, themed birthday parties and Oxford Reading Tree heights then you issuare ill equipped.

However lets ignore the real taboo issues. That there is a child abuse epidemic. That some parents are so damaged they can never love properly. I am not talking about PND and bonding issues (which can be a result of above)

Sometimes I wish society would wake up

[busmile]

V. true, boglach.

Goldenbear · 06/04/2012 23:04

How do you know there is a child abuse epidemic- genuine question? And is this mostly prevalent amongst the middle classes?

IAmBooyhoo · 06/04/2012 23:05

come on boglach, you're a reg. you know all that shite goes in the OP. Wink

but i agree with you too.
