Susannah Reid's children go to my daughters (state) school and by all accounts she is meant to be lovely, very down to earth and unassuming.

Yeah I can't stand SR either. Not keen on Fiona Bruce, Sian Williams either. I only really like Sophie Rayworth & Mishal Hussain.

OK so sorry if this has been said already, but I had no idea who she was so I googled her on google images and now I am all traumatised - why did no one warn me that there are loads of porn-y pictures of her out there!

I think she's great. She's really professional, really good at her job, asks tough questions when she has to. I can't believe that people here, on mumsnet, would be criticising her looks and her clothes like this. How odd. As women is that what we do? We take professional people who do serious jobs and we rip them apart because of the way they show their knees and the way they look?
