it just looks so odd and wrong - is it just me or anyone else?

What's wrong is reading - and caring about- anything published in the daily mail ...

What is that thing on her head??

I think its looks a bit naff a crop top and pants would look cute.

minimisschief · 31/03/2012 11:41

the top part i would imagine are covering their nipples. I mean thats the only part women tend to hide as adults so either the child is wrong or adult women are.

and if people are like well men have nipples so that makes no sense well then neither does women who seem to feel its wrong to go around topless.

point is it is not wrong. it is just a girl with a bikini on. nothing wrong about it. just like a little girl with just pants on at a beach isnt wrong.

The more I think about it, the more I think someone could only see this as 'wrong' if they have a rather strange attitude towards bodies and clothing in the first place.

It's entirely ok not to like the bikini- personally I think it's bleurgh- but then I could say the same for the shorts over sparkly tights or the over the top shiny party dress I've seen our neighbours kid in recently.

And personally I used to dress my kids in over sized t shirts on the beach, because I'm very careful about sunburn and also I think a loose piece of clothing is actually more comfy than none

But to say a bikini is 'wrong' is just weird

It's pointless but not wrong. How can it be 'wrong'? That is such a weird connotation you're making there, OP.

I don't read celeb stuff whatsoever so I don't get to see these pictures or read banal gossip about these vapid people so my blood pressure is never elevated. Grin
