To think curry using shop bought sauce is not homemade curry

I mean the type where you basically fry up onions and meat/veg and then pour in sauce from a jar.

Not homemade curry IMO.

I don't care what anyone else does.

That said why the fuck you would want to eat one of those manky jars full of sugar and non food products is beyond me.

If I want sugar i'llhave a dairy milk not a curry!

What does it matter and who has discussions in real life about how home made their curry is? If you work at 6.30 adding a sauce and some veg to some chicken is easier than spending hours grinding spices.
