For St Valentines day I made a chocolate mold of my penis complete with 2 cream egg bollocks for dw just as a joke. today I found out that she has shown it to some members of our NCT coffee group

I am a SAHD and have been in this group for 5 years and DW is on mat leave with our third. Should I just laugh it off if anyone mentions it at our next coffee morning or hide my head in shame? The thing I am most embarrassed about is that I put a dribble in white chocolate on the top and down the side

for the record I used just under 3 bars of chocolate for the mold

I suggest you make her another much, much larger one for her birthday with a note saying "last one was a scale model - this is full size, baby".

That way at least you will have a very impressive reputation among her friends.
