i went out today tp pumpkinpatch in westfeild w12 london, a couple had one a child may be 2.5yrs, he was just acting as a child, playing but not throwing the clothes or anything like that, he wasnt even shouting, but he was going around the shop, yes he sit in one of the tables that mean to be just for the clothes display, the staff ask his mum to move him whish she did, than they start to look at the father bad and one of the staff she mention that the boy is rude, the father ask to speak to the manager, and in my shock the manager told him, if you cant behieve ur child dont take him to the shop, he ask for her name, she refuse and ask him to leave the shop or she will call the securite and she told him that he is ban from caming to the shop again.
i was talking to the man than she came to me is well telling me that i am ban from the shop is well because i was talking to them, when i went to talk to her she ask me to wait for her outside at 10pm when she finish and she will deal with me, realy rude, the worse manager i have ever seen in my life,

She wanted to fight at 10pm? Wow that is scary.

FlyingLugholes · 18/02/2012 01:41

Got whose first language?

Anyway, write a letter of complaint. But perhaps get us to read it first for amendments.

firstsupermum · 18/02/2012 01:41

she said, i finish at 10pm, wait for me out westfeild.

I suspect this story may have a nasty sting in its tail...

WorraLiberty · 18/02/2012 01:42

Perhaps there was an international time difference and she wanted to kick your head in during more sociable hours?

FlyingLugholes · 18/02/2012 01:42

Cake, stop being waspish Grin

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 18/02/2012 01:43

I can't believe how people are responding to someone whose English is not their first language! There are several errors in the op, yes, but it is understandable. (Although I'm not sure why it's in aibu.)
Is mn only open to people with English as a first language? Or would you prefer a writing test for those who have it as a second language, which they should pass before being allowed to post? Shock Hmm

I agree, the mocking of the OP's flawed English is disgusting.

Grow the fuck up.

LadyBeagleEyes · 18/02/2012 01:51

I understood the post perfectly, she's still talking a load of crap though, whatever the language.

MrsTerryPratchett · 18/02/2012 01:51

Some of us bloody didn't. I was trying to have a proper conversation.

firstsupermum · 18/02/2012 01:52

thank you CornishMade you said all what was in my mind, they really trying to put the non english people down, if just they know that all the people who cant speak propre english at least they are trying, and they can speak other ones, but i realy didnt want to go to that, i am just ignoring all the messages about the language as its not important to me their comment, i am interested about the incident that happen, and if someone cant understand what i wright so no need to wright any comment and give themself a rest

OP posts:
FlyingLugholes · 18/02/2012 01:53

I did recommend putting the complaint in writing... Wasn't that helpful?

NoMoreMarbles · 18/02/2012 01:55

I was taking it as a tongue in cheek kind of thread myself... Seeing as how the OP started off in broken English and then changed style slightly with subsequent posts... IDK but that's how it reads to me...

firstsupermum · 18/02/2012 01:56

i did say that i respond to all the comment about the subject but not the ones to do with a language, as its not important of me.

Yes the manager is bang out of order however she is out of a job and probably lost the ability to cope with all the little darlings that go in the shop.

FlyingLugholes · 18/02/2012 01:57

So will you write to the company then?

FlyingLugholes · 18/02/2012 01:57

If the company is still operating.

HolyNoSheDittantBatman · 18/02/2012 01:57

I understood the OP (I think), but I don't really know what you're asking OP.

The child shouldn't have been sitting on the table and his parents should have been watching.

It sounds like the mananger over reacted and was rude.

She asked you to leave because you were speaking to them and then threatened to fight you? This I struggle to believe tbh.

Though, it must be said the the Westfield has the worst customer service I've ever come across. I recently witnessed a staff member being very rude to a customer, the customer asked to see the manager and complained to him and his response was 'yeah, she's like that'.

firstsupermum · 18/02/2012 01:58

yes, thats a right LovesBeingWearingSkinnyJeans, thats what my DH told me is well.
