To think that the logical conclusion of conservatism is nazism?

It seems to be a survival of the fittest ideology. I understand that I am being a bit simplistic so please could someone correct me if I am wrong and tell me what conservatism really stands for.
Also if you vote conservative how can you sleep at night why?

You know that if you travel too far west, you end up in the east, and vice versa?
Extremism has many similar appalling traits, whatever the labels the members wear.

I will have to ask my father. At the age of 4 he watched the Nazis invade Crete and kill his mother and father in front of him before keeping him a prisoner. I wonder if he thinks this is the same as voting sodding Conservative. Get a grip, seriously.

" They're all the fucking same... Designed to create the illusion that you have choice."

Oh yes. There's a very interesting essay in this book called "Diary of a bad year" by JM Coetzee, where he talks about politics and how before, with monarchy you're told "A is your leader" and that's it. And then democracy pretends to be more of a choice, but it's basically "A or B" which isn't really a proper choice. Your only option, if you don't like either (at the voting booth) is to spoil your ballot, which means your vote doesn't count. It was very though provoking.
