It shows a little boy (6/7?) pretending to have sex with a lady "doggy style". The posted has then photoshopped the face of the women with one of his male friends. THey are fully clothed.

Was I right? This is child abuse/pornography isnt it, even if fully clothed?

yanbu. We are so effing liberal these days, people have completely lost their way & the boundaries between right and wrong are getting blurred.
Not quite Sodom & Gomorrah but we can draw comparisons!
I'm not on FB but someone showed me somebody else's photo posted on there: her toddler child kneeling, naked bottom half protruding with talc on his bum and top half of body hidden behind sheets ?!? And to top it all he is on dark red satin sheets. I think it's tantamount to abuse. His mum's profile is completely open so any weirdo can access the pic.
The mum is a media courting, attention seeking narcissist but this is low even for her.

OP said that the face of the woman has been photoshopped "with one of his male friends", so it doesn't sound accidental to me.

But if it was an accident, they've clearly found it funny and photoshopped it to make it worse.

In fact, if "with one of his male friends" that means they have photoshopped one of the little boys friends faces onto the body of an adult women, that sounds even sicker to me and if I was the parent of either boy I would be furious about this.
