First post:-)
Just found out my DSis is a MN regular,AIBU to feel annoyed that she didn't tell me since I was the one to introduce her to MN in the first place! Feel peed off, she isn't even a mum yet and I am!! I know it's a public forum but still!

Fem. the reason no one can see she is being unreasonable is because she is not. Really she isn't, mumsnet isn't an exclusive club for new mums, it's a Internet forum that any random fucker can use, and many random fuckers do.

Most google searches link to mnet as it is a hugely varied site and we talk a whole heap of crap.

If you want help with your issues with your sister than post in relationships. You might not like what you hear but it will be sensible advice.

Or go back to lurking and let your sis have a good time.

ArtVandelay · 23/01/2012 19:52

This thread is nearly as good as that one where the man posted and said his wife had intimate areas and humble home decorating plans.

EllenJaneisnotmyname · 23/01/2012 19:59

Is this a reverse AIBU?

FourThousandHoles · 23/01/2012 20:05

When I found out my mate was pregnant I pointed her in the direction of MN. Six or so years on and she's still posting. How fucking dare she Angry

oh hang on i found out about mn through a friend too

FourThousandHoles · 23/01/2012 20:07

Hang on

I got married. Mate got married.
I had children. Mate had children.
I had cornflakes for breakfast. Mate had cornflakes for breakfast.
I scratched my arse. Mate scratched her arse.

It's not coincidence is it? :(

SecretNutellaFix · 23/01/2012 20:08

Being upset about this is not doing you many favours. You are making yourself sound petty, and jealous, and rather self-satisfied.

FWIW, save your anger for the big things, like when your DSis gets engaged 3 days after your wedding day, and doesn't even have the fucking courtesy to send a text message to tell you. She asked mum to tell me. But all her friends, including mutual ones, knew before I did!
That still bugs me 3 years later.

Fems96 · 23/01/2012 20:15

Well Nutella looks like it's only me who is petty and jealous!

SecretNutellaFix · 23/01/2012 20:17

I know what I said makes me sound horrible, which is why I don't usually bring it up. I am ashamed at feeling that way.

Fems96 · 23/01/2012 20:24

Well I am glad u said it,I knee I couldn't be alone in this.FWIW I have a really good relationship with my sister and don't say anything to her face!.

NoOnesGoingToEatYourEyes · 23/01/2012 20:29

FourThousandHoles - are you stalking your mate? You seem to know an awful lot about her eating habits and itchy parts.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 23/01/2012 20:39

OP

does your baby have a small bedroom, say a box-room, for their nursery?

SarahStratton · 23/01/2012 20:41

Can. Hardly. Breathe.

This is a wind up, isn't it? Please let it be a wind up.

If not, you need counselling. Seriously, OP you need counselling or a lobotomy.

Fems96 · 23/01/2012 20:53

Don't get it Boys,yes my baby's room is a box room,why?

OP posts:
LeBOF · 23/01/2012 20:54

The lobotomy is superfluous, I think.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 23/01/2012 20:54

oh, just wond'ring, that's all

funny ole world innit

SaggyOldClothCatPuss · 23/01/2012 21:06

Well judging by your nick name, i you are annoyed about aharing mumsnet with your sister, you could always bugger off back to Nethuns...

SarahStratton · 23/01/2012 21:11

I think you could be right there, BOF. Grin

Utter, utter madness. You do realise, don't you Fems that you sound as if you were born in '96. Or later.

Fems96 · 23/01/2012 21:19

You are all evil

OP posts:
SarahStratton · 23/01/2012 21:21

No, we are all utterly baffled that a fellow adult could think this and consider themselves reasonable.

This is AIBU. We're allowed to disagree with you.

BoysAreLikeDogs · 23/01/2012 21:24

oh, no name calling; look at my sad face

MissTapestry · 23/01/2012 21:24

I have the solution to your problem.......................................

Are you ready.................................?

Fuck the fuck off away from MN. Problem solved.

HTH

SarahStratton · 23/01/2012 21:26

Ah now, don't be narsty to the newbie.

LeBOF · 23/01/2012 21:26

I wonder what the 96 is? Is it a confused version of 69? In which case, may I respectfully suggest that you might not actually be better in bed than your sister?

YankNCock · 23/01/2012 21:26

This makes me glad I don't have a sister. My SIL wouldn't last 2 seconds on this site, she'd be hunning and lolling all over the place.

Nagoo · 23/01/2012 21:29

oh. Still unhinged.

How are we evil?

You can't seem to grasp that your sister just does what people do, and you are so far up your own arse you think her every move is calculated in an attempt to 'copy' your life.

I know! You should go and get your cards read, or go to a medium or something. I'm sure they'll tell you the way things are. They'll know exactly what is going on.
