to want to shout at the man in my office to stop sniffing

It's driving me insane. He doesnt have a cold, it's more like a nervous habit. It seems to get worse the more stressed he is. It's so quiet in our office and it's all I can seem to focus on today.

I just want to say to him, do you want a tissue, no then shut up!

Wiping leaves you with a sore nose and often there isnt enough to wipe anyway! just enough to irritate your nose into sniffing!

Could be OCD

I can't blow my nose without being sick, so I'm a sniffer.

It's not possible to wipe all the time without getting sore, but I'm always conscious of other people, even if I can't do anything about it.
