6 cups of PG Tips, and a clock is 6 ft away - Its in the shape of a blue spikey fish and the second hand is an angel fish who merrily swims/ticks around and around.. every second in fact.. Its a crazy world Grin

Hope this helps,

Norm xx

EnjoyResponsiblyIfSleighFlying · 29/12/2011 00:20

Dozens.
On my wrist.

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 29/12/2011 00:34

None and time is on my laptop, or on my phone by my leg but actual clock clock is on the wall about 8 feet to my right?

ViviPrudolf · 29/12/2011 00:42

I bought DP an espresso machine for Christmas and discovered today that it has an on-demand boiling water tap. Suffice to say I have no idea how many cups of tea I have had today.

ChippingInLovesChristmasLights · 29/12/2011 00:48

I'm sipping my first cup of tea of the day (I've had that nasty bug that's going around, so haven't eaten anything or drunk anything other than water for 3 days).

Don't own a clock. I have a watch that needs fixing and has for about 2 years! I use my phone or laptop for the time. I don't like clocks. Well, that's not entirely true, I do like some clocks, I just don't like them in prominent places and in this house the only places you could put a clock are in prominent places... hence, no clock.

Two, and corner of monitor.

ChimesTrulyRing · 29/12/2011 16:16

RIGHT.

Gagdets are disallowed.

Proper clocks only.

None. Generally drink coffee. But now you mention it, u quite fancy a cup of pg.

Nearest clock is about 4ft away, behind a Christmas card. Very annoying when I want to know the time. But not annoying enough to make me get off my arse and move it

PastGrace · 29/12/2011 16:25

No cups of tea today - was waiting for the Sainsbury's delivery (no substitutions, hurrah!) and whilst waiting got distracted and started descaling the kettle so having first one soon. Normally I'd be on my second six-cup teapot by now, at least.

Nearest proper clock is on the wall behind me. Other one is in the bedroom.

marriedandwreathedinholly · 29/12/2011 16:28

Two cups of tea. Both before 10am this morning. The nearest proper clock is in the drawing room on the mantelpiece; there is also one on the upstairs landing and in our bedroom.

Odd isn't it; we don't seem to use real ones any more. I still wear a wristwatch and that's quite unusual.

Am sitting in the kitchen and there is a clock on the microwave, a clock on the cooker, a clock on the phone, a clock on my mobile, a clock on my laptop and a clock on the desk top computer in the corner. And they are all within about 10 feet of me!.

Oh, and by the way have just poured what was left of last night's bottle of red into a lovely glass rather than make a cup of tea Grin

ThePhantomPlopper · 29/12/2011 16:28

4-5 cups of tea a day and we don't have a clock in the house yet - just moved and can't find one I like.

Eglu · 29/12/2011 16:31

No tea, I don't like it, and the clock is in the kitchen.

RockStockAndTwoOpenBottles · 29/12/2011 16:34

No cups of tea and I am yet to buy a new clock as we've just moved in and the bastard removal firm broke it my lovely kitchen clock is no more.

Malificence · 29/12/2011 16:55

I've only had two cups of tea today and there are two clocks, equidistant to me, one on the wall of the living room, one on the weather station on a chest of drawers by the sofa - Its 5 degrees outside and 20 degrees in here, a bit too warm for me tbh but DH is on his way home and isn't feeling very well so I want the house nice and toasty for him so he can get straight into a nice hot bath .
