to think that Katie Price should not blame the TV cameras for the breakup of her marriage to Peter Andre

I'm sick to death reading about this pathetic person who wants to blame the TV cameras for the breakdown of her marriage. Having watched some of her programmes she came across as a vile human being, cant see how a TV camera that you have invited along can make you a different person you are who you are, simple. AIBU.

I just think this:

KP- photos most weeks of her drunk, out clubbing, on the pull, skirts up to her arse, hair extensions looking like straw.

PA- occasional photos of him at (usually) media related events, not drunk, conducting himself appropriately in public.

I don't watch her shows but I remeber seeing one episode. He was making snide little comments all the time to her and then she flipped making her look like the bad guy.

As someone who lives with these kinds of comments daily I can tell you flipping out is not uncommon. The things he was saying to her might not have seemed much to the viewing public but when you live with snurky remarks, no matter how innocent or fun they may seem to others, day in and day out it's enough to drive any woman over the edge and into nastiness.

They were both to blame and I think there was probably a lot more going on behind closed doors. I'd bet my last penny that Saint Pete is not all he seems.

I actually don't mind KP that much. She's not a great role model and she does seem to bring a lot on herself but she works hard for what she has and seems focused and driven. Good on her I say. I doubt she is as thick as she makes herself out to be. PA otoh has something about him that makes my skin crawl.

From the VERY little I've seen of the shows when they were together, I'd say that her "sniping" at him is not so much nasty as exasperated and testy.

I get like that a lot. DP is used to it.

Whereas when Peter gets nasty, he gets REALLY, properly nasty. Not just "panto villain" snappy.

she wil not have been given anymore information at initial appointments just because she is famous; she has probably had to search just as hard, or employ someone to do it.

yes, she has more money than us, but we are not short of what we need to get dd1 the help she needs (including, at one point, funding her highly selective (read eye-wateringly expensive) special school place while we got it named on her statement). it does not make the fight any easier; it makes paying the bill easier, but you still need to navigate through the system, or find someone who can do that for you. you still need to be the lucky one, who gets the place above several other equally suitable, equally able to pay, families.

you are clearly determined to be right on this, however, and so I will bow out now, and let you continue to think that moeny makes everythign in the world of disability easy.

I don't know why you are making comments like this. I have not said "money makes the world of disability easy" OR said anything about people's "snarky" comments, or why people "want or keep a child like hers". You are making me sound awful! I am NOT commenting on the emotional side of things.

It IS easier from a purely practical point of view, for those with money, who can just BUY that new wheelchair when it's needed, who can PAY for the specialist school (once they've found a place - they can even PAY people to find a place!), who can PAY for the private hospital treatment, who can PAY for carers to help out. Who don't have to wait MONTHS for the special laptop computer so their child can develop themselves? Why can't you understand what I am actually saying? You seem to think my view is based on ignorance and lack of experience which is quite rude too.

i bet she regrets the day she ever broke up with pete i cant see her settling down with anyone now. maybe she should do what she's good at being a buisness women and doing her perfumes and books an concentrate on the kids more instead of bringing different men home. except when pete does it knowone bats an eyelid

It's not the media tricking us into seeing things. It's not the media painting her in a bad light. It's not the media setting her up.

She really IS out on the piss with her skirt up her arse and bad hair extensions in places where she knows photographers will be. You can't blame the media for taking a photo of what is actually in front of them.

If she wasn't doing it, we wouldn't be seeing it! She's not blameless here you know!

Firstly, it is well documented that KP is a liar. She has been successfully sued twice for libel.

Secondly, in my opinion, and it is only opinion, I found it hard to believe she had a miscarriage so close to doing the marathon (only "days" after). She said the night before the marathon she had a massage and said "I hope he knows I am going commando" (This was filmed on their reality show, which is my source). I've had two miscarriages. You can't go without knickers for a long time afterwards.

I hate anti KP witch hunts,it's nothing less than bullying.- it's no worse than what people say about PA. People are allowed to form negative opinions of people who put their entire lives out for others to see. Forming a negative opinion of what you see, is not a "witch hunt". She's not popular with a lot of people and doesn't do herself any favours.

I am not saying she is blameless at all, I believe she does court publicity. Just pointing out that there often tends to be a witch hunt when it comes to KP whereas PA is painted as a saint. And as for the media not setting her up and not painting her in a bad light you only have to take note of what is happening in the Leveson inquiry to realise that the media is in no way blameless either. To suggest the photographers just happen to be standing around celebrity hotspots is a bit naive.

Get someone to take a photo of you mid yawn, blinking or mid convo. You'll be surprised how easy it is to make someone look drunk.

I know people who worked on their joint show. Agent Orange is in no way innocent in relation to their break up. A snippey, disaproving, controlling little man. Allegedly.
