Indulgence. Decadence. Contentment

theDudesmummy · 26/11/2011 11:48

much less worrying

tripleZ · 26/11/2011 11:50

Less stress but mostly more opportunities and options.

Opportunity to move to where DH works so DC and I can have him around more than 40 hours a week, or very least move to where there is a good secondary school so DC have same education opportunities that DH and I enjoyed.

Have the chance to run a car instead of relying on public transport in semi-rural location thus opening many more opportunities to the DC including seeing their extended family and giving me more opportunities to get back to work and thus eventually increasing our income long term.

There are a whole load of things but it boils down to more money more opportunities. Less money more fear, debt and stress.

tripleZ · 26/11/2011 11:51

fickencharmer · 26/11/2011 11:56

SSD Sorry, but without putting a figure on the money the question is difficult to comment on.

I will put a figure of £100,000 extra on the windfall.

It would cheer me up. But 20 years ago, it would have made a REAL difference.

I always thought DEBT was worrying; I am pleased to see that confirmed here But our whole society has been built on debt. very worring.

philmassive · 26/11/2011 11:56

No black cloud

FabbyChic · 26/11/2011 12:13

Compared to most I guess I have it better than some. Im in 2.5k worth of debt, but its hard managing it, I get scared of letters, knocks on the door. More money would mean I could pay it off quicker and actually live a life.

Rikalaily · 26/11/2011 12:15

no more debt

WifiNappies · 26/11/2011 12:16

Keep chickens abroad

daveywarbeck · 26/11/2011 12:17

£100,000 windfall would mean Buy Own Home.
