To have spent this afternoon Googling and FB-finding exes?

One of my exes was in a band that toured and was reviewed in Kerrang! - well done him!

One of my exes became a music producer - he was always going to tbf

One of my exes is now a woman - Shock didn't see that one coming!

One of my exes got married despite leaving me for a man - Hmm

One of my exes is considerably less attractive than he was when he was young and skinny and I was desperately in love with him - Grin

One of my exes is now married to a girl who was a close friend of mine at the time and who hated him at the time! - who knew!

mumofthreekids haven't had a reply Sad but I think maybe it's not a proper 'live' account because it had zero information on him except his name and photo (the latter gave me quite a jolt Blush so maybe best to let sleeping ex-bf lie??)

This is hilarious! I was inspired to do a quick bit of Facebooking...
One of mine is on his third marriage, and is not yet 40.
Another is now living in a cvil partnership with anothe man. I should have known - he liked shopping for good quality bedlinen more than was natural... :)
Another looks exactly the same - suspicious lack of grey hair makes me think he's dying his hair as much as I do...
Largely they're just older and plumper, as am I!
My ex-fiance (who still owes me £5k, but I'm not bitter....) seems to be married to a blonde version of me. I sent the picture to three friends, and they all came back going 'Oh my god - she is very like you!'
Need to get OH to check his tonight for entertainment value!

they will show up in your people you may know list if they've been visiting your profile alot.

No I don't think that's how it works. People you might know are through mutual friends and FB goes through your email addresses too.

There was an app out that you could use to see who was viewing but have never used it.

did your exes all have really unusual names? if I fb or google mine, I get a long list of random people with the same name, but definitely not my ex. how do you narrow it down?

just look in their friends list see if there are any that you remember being associated with him/her!

Everyone said that app thing was rubbish though, and that it was impossible to know who was looking at your profile.

Sounds like alot of our exes could form a tribute band of has-beens. Mind you, there are quite afew singers in there. Would laugh if it was the same one! Smile

Its a buggar when you didnt get their second name though, isnt it?

I am resurrecting this thread as have had a very traumatic realisation....my baldy chunky ex-drummer is not. He is actually John Major. I lost my virginity to John Major! You know, I'd been looking at the photo of him and his wife (Pilchard) and thinking "I don't remember those chunky arms.....my cousin used to go out with his brother and has friended Pilchard and the chunky-armed baldy is husband n2. My virginity taker meanwhile has a grey shirt, grey hair and wire rimmed glasses.

I wish I had lost it to the baldy chunky one. At least he looked as though he might once have been cool. I'm now idly wondering how many squillions of times I've walked past him in the street.....

Amazon wishlists - where people add what they want for Christmas etc. There's a box "Find a Wishlist" in the top right hand corner.
