A tablet pc, not paying out for an ipad though, refuse pay extra for the name!

eurochick · 21/11/2011 21:09

Gosh, some of you really go all out for gifts!

I hope to get a new Kindle (after all the hints I have dropped) or perhaps some yellow gold jewellery.

I have no idea what to get him. He had suggested a new netbook but has changed his mind!

ByTheSea · 21/11/2011 21:12

After seven years of living on one income and not spending so much on each other so we have more for the DC, we are back to a two-income family. Therefore, I am getting DH a laptop of his own (and so he'll stay off this one). :)

ZillionChocolate · 21/11/2011 21:18

gentlemen's dressing boy

A what? Not even google seems to know...

EricNorthmansMistress · 21/11/2011 21:23

A fakey not-iPad (fly touch 3) which was already way over my budget and far more expensive than anything he will get me. Plus he already had his birthday present early which was a new phone. But then it will be his birthday and I can't not give him a present so I'll probably get a belt and a DVD or two.

EmpireBiscuit · 21/11/2011 21:25

I'm glad someone else asked about the gentlemans dressing boy - I'm muchos confused but didn't want to appear ignorant by having to ask...

shaz298 · 21/11/2011 21:29

Try googling Dress-boy <a class="break-all" href="http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.logeerbed.nl/media/dressboy_272gr.jpg&imgrefurl=www.logeerbed.nl/nl/dept_50.html&h=500&w=380&sz=36&tbnid=wcooYip1WvaYKM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=68&prev=/search%3Fq%3Ddress-boy%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=dress-boy&docid=X5nCYxQWxmtOhM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=TsLKTtmmMITG8QPfnaxr&ved=0CMMBEPUBMA0" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=www.logeerbed.nl/media/dressboy_272gr.jpg&imgrefurl=www.logeerbed.nl/nl/dept_50.html&h=500&w=380&sz=36&tbnid=wcooYip1WvaYKM:&tbnh=90&tbnw=68&prev=/search%3Fq%3Ddress-boy%26tbm%3Disch%26tbo%3Du&zoom=1&q=dress-boy&docid=X5nCYxQWxmtOhM&hl=en&sa=X&ei=TsLKTtmmMITG8QPfnaxr&ved=0CMMBEPUBMA0.
