So many clever and inspirational folks on here.

How to choose?

I'd love to have a coffee and chat with seeker.

I find it hard to type a full-blown rude word when the dc are around Yanky Grin.

FellatioNelson · 20/11/2011 16:41

Custy is bloody lovely in RL. Not scary. Well, ok, a bit scary, but lovely. Plus she has the best accent ever.

I've met several who were high on my Want To Meet list and none of them disappointed. Thery were all delicious. On the other hand, I went to a meet-up of another forum once and some of the people I thought were my besties just turned out to be a bit weird. Confused

I'm not going to get all sycophantic and name all my favourite people as I am sure they know who they are - but the person I seriously would love to meet is Dittany. I lay awake at night wondering about her, waaay too much.

And I'd like to meet Hully to see if she really is a hairy troll dressed from head to toe by Tu.

nenevomito · 20/11/2011 16:41

I've heard that they're fabulous, CotherMuckingFunt. We should start a reeling's tits appreciation society Grin

reelingintheyears · 20/11/2011 16:44

Gropes CotherMuckingFunt's rather wonderful bosom.

CotherMuckingFunt · 20/11/2011 16:44
reelingintheyears · 20/11/2011 16:45

They are a rather marvellous 36D.

reelingintheyears · 20/11/2011 16:47

Hully is Carol McGiffin.

CheerfulYank · 20/11/2011 16:47

What kinda accent you got, Custy ?

I sound like but, you know, a woman. :o

FellatioNelson · 20/11/2011 16:49

Reeling we would have to sit you (and any other great tit contenders) in a row, next to Edgar, so we could judge and hold up score cards. Edgar had the most magnificent bosom, and smooth, non-wobbly alabaster cleavage ever at the last meet-up. We all said so. She must have been so proud.

Plus, she had the nicest dress.

reelingintheyears · 20/11/2011 16:50

I am a great tit Fellatio.

JaneFeestelijkBierdekijn · 20/11/2011 16:50

Oh Bibbers actually reading your post further down, you are one of the ones I remember from when I joined (in your old name) and would really love to just bump into one day in a pub somewhere near Silvertown.

Don't ask me why. I just would. I must have had a dream about it or something. But you're on my list I didn't even know I had. Smile

FellatioNelson · 20/11/2011 16:50

Edgar's bosom was not especially over-ample - just perfectly formed. Like a botticelli painting, she was.

SarahStratton · 20/11/2011 16:50

JaneFeestelijkBierdekijn · 20/11/2011 16:51

I'm not going to the meetup btw, far too much pressure! I'd probably want to jump off tower bridge by the end of the night knowing I'd been such a disappointment.

Pagwatch · 20/11/2011 16:58

Edgar has a totally magnificent décolletage. [fact]

CheerfulYank · 20/11/2011 17:01

Sigh...I wish I had perfect norks. They used to be magnificent but have gone a bit wobbly post-DS.

nenevomito · 20/11/2011 17:02

I'd like to meet tooearlymustdache as I've heard she's not a psycho :)

Blatherskite · 20/11/2011 17:02

Edgar was lovely. As was MrEdgar. I think the dress was her wedding dress wasn't it? Not in a big white meringue with a veil sort of way obviously.

bigTillyMint · 20/11/2011 17:02

Oh God, now I'm feeling even more nervous about the meet-up, despite having gone to and enjoyed the Spring one. (Edgar did have a fantastic bust and dress and GetOrf was just as entertaining in RL Shame Pag isn't coming as she was a great drinkerWink)

I will be standing in a corner in gawping admiration of all the witty and erudite MNer's all mentioned by everyone above.

And I am saddest that Bibbity is not coming as I was hoping we could have a jolly time with SHJ on the bus there, but she is not coming and SHJ has movedSad

rycooler · 20/11/2011 17:02

I've been to quite a few parenting forum meet-ups over the years, they're always a little too 'staged' for me - people are either trying too hard to be 'normal' or too hard to be 'wacky' - or they're just plain boring - it's much better to meet in small groups ( say 3 or 4 of you ) then you get the stripped back more natural person - that's cool.
But dh has banned me from meeting up with anymore people I've met on-Line, he thinks it's all a bit weird and embarrassing and has put a stop to it. ( he's probably right )

Pagwatch · 20/11/2011 17:03

I think meet ups just require a change of gear.
It isn't so much about disappointment but about shifting a strong mental image you have created of someone probably without even knowing it.

And you meet amidst usual social norms so launching into a conversation about bum sex and Peter Andre doesn't happen. So you stand talking to someone that you have been sending links of dragon butter but you still need to do the 'hey, so how was your train journey, do you want a drink, where are you staying before you can get to 'he is a massive knob cheese isn't he'.

Or you have to turn up a bit pissed.

I think turning up a bit pissed is the way to go.

Pagwatch · 20/11/2011 17:05

Yes. I agree with rycooler. Trying to avoid both 'have you been on holiday' and being Colin Stunt is a knack.

Fellatio was the only one who was just exactly as I imagined. Which was a good thing.
I was waaaaay to sober. And probably quite dull. But it was fun.

noddyholder · 20/11/2011 17:07

Pag I really want to meet your dog

Magna · 20/11/2011 17:10

Pag dull Shock no way, you were wonderful company
