To put my two year old in babygros at night?

Genuine question. I didn't think it was that odd but DS (just two) is rapidly outgrowing his 18-24 month babygrows (only wears them at night) and I can't find any replacements for 2 years +. Or pop up vests for that matter.

I guess it's time to move on to normal vests and pyjamas? Shame as babygros (pre potty training) are really good for night IMO - cosy and can't ride up.

My DS nearly 3 has popper vests, PJ's then fleecy all in one from mother care, else would be freezing @ night.

YANBU. I find that if I put DS in a babygro, then he's still warm when he kicks off the duvet. He's 3.4 so I'm struggling to find babygros but can still find tops with the poppers sometimes.
If you really can't find any babygros then I would suggest buying some cheap long sleeved tops with poppers and putting pyjama trousers on your DS.

we never have the heating on during the night either. House is a new build though, perhaps that makes a difference.

We got some lovely Katvig onsies in TK Maxx for DS who is now 3yrs and is now worn by my 15 month old DD. Footless, stripey ones in different colours. WIll be gutted when DD grows out of them which won't be long now!

dS is nearly 5 and still wearing babygros!! They are far too small for him now( think they are 3-4 from m&s) but he runs around pretending to be superman. It is also good for his eczema as he can't get in to scratch quite as much.

He wants more, but I'm struggling to find any bigger cotton ones with feet that don't cost a fortune.

My sister wore her fleecy sleep suit to bed because she absolutely refused to stay under her covers. My mum would have loved grobags, but they were 30 years away.
