My best night of the week is clean bed sheets night, I even shave my legs for the occasion and DH knows never to get into bed first .

Lostinwales - those are my rules too, clean sheets me in first!

Every Sunday ( clean sheet night) my friend's DP (he does the laundry) let's out a deep sigh & says 'isn't that better?'

If I won the lottery (and could ignore the environment) I would have someone make my bed up with clean sheets everyday.

They stayed over after a party, but even tho their sheets'd been changed Sat am, not slept in Sat night, he still changed them again on Sun & said 'isn't that better'

I also had no idea how typical a Taurean i am until I read this! My two year old DS is also a Taurean and it is hard to tell which of us is the most stubborn.

Wales what do you do when you go to a hotel. I do as they ask & think of the environment. No sheet change for anything less than a 3 night stay; no making up the room if we're ok for towels. In addition I don't like people snooping round our room (for this read how can it be so untidy in 11.hrs)

Am stunned to realise how typically Taurean I am!
Love my food, especially cake, organise everything/one with the aid of lists, and am happiest at home in a freshly changed bed.

I love coming back to a tidy room but hate the idea of anyone seeing how untidy I let it get . We tend to camp on holiday (control over my environment ) and I can't remember the last time we stayed in a hotel for more than 3 nights but we never get fresh towels or bed linen.

Um - sorry, Taureans, but is there a Cancerian thread for mental sensitive types, or are we too disorganised to have started one? I figured you efficient types would know....

Me. Not overweight now but I was for about 7 years. Love food and comfort. Stubborn, foul temper (not that it flares often, I put up with a lot).

Lists...oh yes. I love lists, nothing more satisfying than ticking things off.

I am not a dull Taurean, I am a very exciting Taurean.

Sorry Pig, some posts slipped by me as I was having a ritual list-burning session. Now I understand the eyelash thing. V annoying when people say they'd look lovely on a girl. They look lovely on my boys.

God I'm such a typical Taurean. How bizarre.

Love my food hate being overweight, adore lists, I make lists of lists, love ticking things off, despise dh's method of shopping which involves lists not written in order of aisles and everything shoved on belt / into bags with no thought of how they need to be unpacked and to where....

Me too - I just redecorated the house and my taurean nature is sooooo obvious - vast numbers of throws, cushions, gilt, candles, flowers and snuggliness all so I can hibernate and eat cake. I cook all the time, have an utter obsession with lists, despise change unless initiated by me and am soooo stubborn - a trait inherited by my taurean son. I have zero tact, prefer to be in the house and am a bit fat trying to lose a couple of pounds!

Another list loving taurean who loves cake. Not overweight yet as I love regular excercise and the great outdoors. Love bossing the family around and planning what we are doing next. Hate being late!

I'm a skinny taurus, I love eating but don't put any weight on, my dad keeps telling me this will change while stroking his own belly and signalling to my mother-much to her annoyance! I've dated scorpians, which was dreadful. What sign are you all paired with?

I am a typical Taurean, stubbon, love cake, love fine things in life, love the feel of nice things, very materialistic , loooooove cake and it shows, love my friends (only have a few but good ones), I am overweight due to eating and being 7 months pg, though not blessed in the looks department do have nice eyes if i might say so myself.

Taurus here! :) I am hideously messy but I hate it as I like my house to be cuddly and comfy and the mess gets in the way of that. I am hoping to change my messy ways...with lots of lists!

I am overweight, no two ways about it, but I'm working on that too. I love to get up early but often don't. I'm an excellent sleeper.

I do have...well...strange eyes! People always comment on them. They're very pale.

I do like bossing people around, I have to say. It's not so much bossing as just that I want what's best for them and they clearly don't know what it is. :o

I just love comfort, and nurturing people, and cooking great food and having people feel relaxed in my house. And real things. My family has always made fun of me for having "expensive tastes" , but it's not that. I just like things to be real.

DH is a Sagittarius but more like a Capricorn in lots of ways. (Apparently) :)

Oh and I LOVE sex and must have lots and lots. :o

And am extraordinarily patient. And steady as she goes in a crisis. Are those Taurean things too?

Yes, it's not so much that things have to be expensive, they just have to be real. I scour bargain shops for cast-off cashmere, etc. :)

Won a 'perfect peepers' competition when I was 20, so the eyes thing may be true. A thing is only truely beautiful is it is useful therefor nothing is kept for 'best' and cashmere, egyption cotton and jewels are all used with abandon. Why limit luxury, why deprive yourself? That's a Taurus thing for sure.
