she paused a bit too long at the end when Philip asked her if it was a fantasty, didn't she? I actually feel terribly sorry for Liz Jones. She clearly has huge issues and is very very bitter about how her life ended up. It's obvious she resents Mothers because she desperately wanted to be one, but didn't know how to go about it properly and got started too late in life. She feels robbed and takes it out on other women. In her columns, she's always scathing about Mums, maternity leave and babies. Then she contradicts herself by saying that she regrets not having them and wishes she had. So which one is it Liz? She endlessly contradicts herself. But her column is extremely popular (because it's car crash copy of the highest order) and anything which sells more copies of the DM is fine by the Ed, I've no doubt.

i agree with you lottielou i've just watched saggy's link and felt sorry for LJ towards the end of it. she seems so clueless about who she actually is which must feel terribly confusing.
