To seriously consider complaining about this telly advert for no other reason than it makes me feel SICK?

That Philadelphia one where there is a male chef and a lady cooking some rancid dinner made out of meatballs that look like fucking little dog shit pellets mixed in with Philadelphia and green stuff.

Honestly, it makes me wretch. I've never had such an aversion to something on the telly. I've had no appetite for a week and am trying to get it back the this pops up on the telly every 5 minutes and makes my stomach wince.

It's disgusting and I want it taken off air immediately.

Andrew, you need a she-wee mate. Then you can piss whilst working out whodunnit on Midsomer Murders.

You need a PVR/Sky+. Then you can pause, go for a piss/get a drink/etc, come back and skip through the adverts. Or record everything and watch it later.

Unfortunately the horror of the sausage-meatball-Philadelphia-vomit sauce will still horrify you even at 30x the usual speed.

I made pasta with bacon, garlic & soft cheese sauce and it was lush. Variation on carbonara as DH doesn't hold with cream and egg. Garlicky soft cheese stuffed chicken breast also makes a healthier version of chicken kiev.

Actually when I opened this I thought the ad in question was going to be the Aldi one where the little girl in glasses who is selling (either) washing up liquid or dishwater tablets takes the large plate out of the sink and LICKS it clean as her preferred way of getting dishes clean. Turns my stomach every time...As does that Philly one.

It's worse at 30x speed! Worse! The meatballs surprise you and the sauce shimmers!!

They are dirty, dirty, bastards.
