To wonder how the tread would go if no one corrected their iPad

so often you see two posts by the same miner back to back, as their ipad has misguessed a word they were typing.

So i am wondering where the thread would go if no corrections were made.

Of course when you want the ridiculous words to come up they don't

You can switch off auto correct.

I can't switch it off because then everyone would know I can't spell restaurant properly.

And spoil all the fun?

I don't believe you LetUsPray, iPad doesnt autocorrect buggery at all.
That could be down to the frequent usage of though.

I get irrationally annoyed by iPhone correcting the colour White to having a capital W.

I don't have an IPad - nor do I get why people think this is a stealth boast

I love reading the auto corrected words on threads - and it makes dyslexic me look less dyslexic

I don't have an iPad but am sometimes tempted to chuck in a really random word for comic effect and then go 'damn autocorrect'. In fact I have a suspicion that some MNers already do this.

My bogstandard outlook email has one rather nice autocorrection - missing the 'd' off 'attached' it kindly tops the e with an acute accent!

I think it's silly, I don't have money for lots of things but don't get snippy over it, it's just the way things are.
