The thing is, both Halle and Gabriel have allegedly made extremely questionable statements regarding Nahla's racial heritage, so if's hard to condemn one over the other. If (and it's a very big if) Gabriel said this, it's obviously awful, but Halle appears to have mounted something of a smear campaign against him, which makes it difficult to take this at face value.
