To want to have sex with nearly every man I know

I haven't had sex for years and years and years. I've now gotten to the stage of imagining myself having sex with nearly every man I know. It's just not right! I'm even imagining having sex with men nearly twice my age (and I'm no spring chicken). Jesus Joanney macaroni! I'm near having an orgasm when I walk past a man. I know some of you will say get a 'rabbit' but seriously, that's just not what I'm after. I want a 'real' man, just to smell him, hold his manly hand and (well, much more but I'm too polite to go into that). What on earth am I to do. I just want to stop sniffing every man I walk past and following their every magnetic move. Ideas anyone?

AnyPhantom, no, this is just natural, well earned, long over due, hornyness. It's as simple as that. I won't do anything about it. I'll be back on here in a few years spouting the same frustrations. Mind you. unless I have erotomania, I think my personal trainer and the local tescos hottie (way, way too young) have the hots for me, so I may be in luck. I wonder if I'm giving off some kind of desperate for sex pheramones?

Oh I've been there OP. Try 2 years in rural Asia where you're twice the size of the men. And when I came back to the UK ... Fat, bald, old ... yep, as long as they looked MALE I was up for it!

Get out and socialise as much as possible, preferably with other single women as allies.

At the same time, internet dating.

It worked for me. 3 years on and I'm married and knocked up. Ironically gone off sex now.

I don't see your issue. It's not like men go oooh no I couldn't shag her. IME human beings operate a sliding scale of desirablility versus availability. They crucial point occurs when you are the most desirable person available. For some men that is when you are the only woman. As it is for some women.

Katie, I've clearly overstepped the mark with that last glass of red wine, I've no idea what you're on about! But thank you. I appreciate any attention these days. Unfortunately, I'm not the only woman where I work but I do seem to attact a lot of older, less attractive men. Don't know what that's about? It wasn't that long ago I attracted men nearly half my age. God, it's depressing. Are old men double my age my only choice! God, I'm depressed now. No wonder I don't have sex any more.

Sorry should have said "any" woman not only. Basically if the desirability/availability circumstances are right even the most unattractive person can get a shag.

I'm sure you are not unattractive so the only thing holding you back is you. Put a bit of effort in. Flirt a bit. Let people know you are available.

But maybe avoid work because it gets a bit complicated.

Just go and get fucked woman! What's your issue? Everybody needs sex and there's nothing wrong with that. Don't worry about bellies or wobbles, just get out there, give someone the glad eye and get down to it. :) Just not at work eh?
