Hello, so I've been lurking for an embarrasingly long time- (started as a diversion to not smoking)
Always too scard to post- terrible speller and typer.
Anyway have rare weekend alone- still in bed- read paper- had tea and crumpets- put on washing and now can't be arsed to do any of the work I stayed home to catch up on (rest of family gone camping)
So AIBU to out myself and say hello?

TalcAndTurnips · 08/10/2011 10:23

Well, Scarah - I also happen to have one of these - will that suffice?

It's very discreet, I promise.

GiantUnderCrackers · 08/10/2011 10:23

No, Maryz - I keep it permanently trained on the Isle of Wight. They will invade, one day, it is only a matter of time.

I keep a constant look-out for the sweeping hordes arriving by catamaran, hovercraft and car ferry on a SuperSaver Day Rover ticket offer.

Pointy-headed bastards.

MrsSnaplegs · 08/10/2011 10:31

Right Lurkers. You seem to have missed that there are various echelons of Royalty.

The main one One being Zombie Thread Royalty. I say 'one', but actually we are the most important. As you will realise when you are begging us for help, when the Apocalypse starts.

We shall be doing a royal wave from the deck of the MatriArk, as we sail serenely, and safely, past. :)

gaveitago · 08/10/2011 10:37

I'm not English -genetically. My Norwegain husband thinks it's the devils ear wax and wont kiss me if I've eaten it - so it's very useful.

gaveitago · 08/10/2011 10:39

I missed all those threads- sorry. What form will these zombies take? Where will they come from? And how should we prepare?

TalcAndTurnips · 08/10/2011 10:40

I do (and so does MrsSnaplegs Wink) have access to a rather fine selection of Her Majesty's finest war canoes - come the day of the apocalypse, Scarah, for a price, we could ensure your safety...

Thank you Talc. I shall add you to the Zombie Committee. I am rather hoping that the ArkRoyal MatriArk will be moved to Mablethorpe, as is being considered according to Wiki . That is comfortingly close to where I live.

gaveitago · 08/10/2011 10:45

I do have an End of the World" plan- that my dh and friends regularly laugh at- does that count?

We've just had this delivered from Amazon. Many handy tips inside.... :)

ScarahStratton · 08/10/2011 10:47

Absolutely. Come and share it on the next Zombie thread. :)
