To think that pedantic grammar policing should be abandoned on here?

There are plenty of people with very valid questions and opinions that seem to be slated from the very minute that they post. The only objection I have is the lack of paragraphs in an OP,that renders me cross-eyed.
Surely, if everyone can actually understand what is written, there is no need for constant correction (intimidation) of new posters. It would be good if some character could be allowed to shine.

I hate poor spelling and grammar but wouldn't mention it unless the op was drawing attention to something to do with education and presenting herself as superior or knowledgeable about such matters. It is sad that so many adults cant be bothered to use the language properly but it isnt usually my place to correct them.

It is quite worrying when people post that they are considering home education and their postings are barely literate, but, apart from the example cited I think that as long as the posting can be understood then it is not a big deal.
However, paragraphs please, or at least line breaks.
