To give up wearing a bra?

Right, hear me out on this one. I DO wear bras, honest, but lately I have been suffering at times from a gastro/indigestiony thingy and some days cannot wear a bra - it is just too tight around the chest, not the breast, and is actually not too tight, just feels like it, so I ditch it and .........oh!

I love it! I feel oo free, and to my eyes my breasts are not too far south. They're not perky either, but at my age who is gazing at them anyway lol.

So, thermal vests can be bought for the winter, need I ever wear a bra again? Is this a mad notion, or do we just wear bras cos that is the fashion, and there is no advantage.

Admittedly, I can imagine some outfits being improved by a good bra, so I may keep one for now and then Grin

These are absolutely the most comfortable bras ever, if you are small of nork: M&S Crop Top.

I got some of these about 10 years ago and wore them to death. Then they disappeared, and now I have found them again! Soooooo happy! Have stocked up and am not wearing anything else for everyday.

I would suggest perhaps a moulded vest, very comfy I sleep in them

at a c cup your not gonna get away with bra less without polishing your knee caps sorry
