It is my favourite show as well. I am sure this wont be popular but where is Freddy - I liked him and Francis together. Must be the only was as it looks like he has been dropped.

Alice is conniving. I don't like her much either. And I suspect that deep down (which isn't really very deep imo) she is jealous of Caggie. She was very smug with Proudlock and Spencer.

Best bit of last night was Francis' classic with the candidates who all looked 12 years old. Then he meets up with "the chosen nerdy one" in a bar and asks him if he has a girlfriend then reminds him to keep his hands off all the beautiful women that come into his office. Francis is so unself-conscious about his pompousity he's just brilliant!!
