As much as they may think otherwise, FB is just a website - and providing that our state doesn't start restricting/censoring/filtering or judging on matters of taste then I'll be happy.
Consider as reported as generally scummy (or whatever category is closest) and hope that FB do something.
The best method would be to spot some ads on that page and get the advertiser to wind-up their account manger (unless it's nestle, who I understand are in to that sort of thing) or somehow get a DCMA takedown request - ideally from the legitimate owner of one of the pics on the page.
