No, of course they don't. They are really only looking to protect themselves from legal action, rather than the grounds of taste. I can't remember what I clicked after that (have tonsillitis) - think it was something about disablist language? which seemed to be closest if not accurate. Hate to tell you this ladies but I reported this group over 12mnths ago. My baby brother was still born last may and I was searching for support groups for my mum when I found them, I am sad and disgusted its still there.
