She really is unpleasant, so wrapped up in herself that she has no idea what is happening in the real world. I try to avoid reading her stuff as so much of it has made me want to scream in the past. The thing is I think that the DM keeps her for exactly that reason, because she makes people angry and provokes discussion. Truly though I do wonder what her daily life must be like, she talks such crap and people dislike her so intensely, I would be worried to walk down the street.

omg what a twat,i cant believe her editor passed that, its not objective at all.
She is clearly used to getting everything her own way. Let down by the nhs cos they cant do her jabs at the drop of a a hat? Women are still waiting 2 weeks to have a breast lump looked at,stupid fool.

exoticfruits · 02/08/2011 07:47

If I acted like that I certainly wouldn't expose my behaviour in a national newspaper! She is certainly blinkered-not a very good journalist if she can't see the other (very reasonable) side.

Himalaya · 02/08/2011 07:59

I still can't work out if she is for real. Surely no one could be that stupid and self-absorbed.

ledkr · 02/08/2011 08:12

Did she seriously think that people would be shaking their heads and tutting in disbelief that she couldnt just get these jabs on demand?Does she not realise that you are even lucky to be given an appointment the same day.
I love the nurse who said "go to a and e if its an emergency" clearly sarcastic and quite brilliant.

exoticfruits · 02/08/2011 08:17

I wonder if she tried 'do you know who I am?' as if it should make a difference! I long for someone to do that to me so that I can say 'No sorry-should I!'
