i turned down a chocolate bar earlier, but only because i've filled my belly with buns that me and the small one baked earlier and they had chocolate chips in :D

I read in the paper this weekend of hypnotherapy that makes you lose weight by choosing very healthy food. And wanting to as well. It's at this health farm or something somewhere in Essex. Been away for any weekends in Essex recently? Could your memory have been wiped??
