To think there is something very wrong with me....

....as I just opened a bar of chocolate, looked at it thought urgh wrapped it up and put it back in the fridge????

Help what is happening to me!!

What ever the reason you have to bite the bullet get that bar of chocolate and eat it no matter how it makes you feel.

You can't let down fellow chocaholics, we may have to withdraw your membership then you will have a life time of fruit and veg is that what you want? is it?

Ring NHS direct or get your self to A&E to be checked over.
This could turn nasty, what if its not this particular bar of chocolate? What if its another bar tomorrow and then another bar the next day.
Nip this in the bud and get a medical opinion.

Are you ok? Do you need to talk to some one? Are you alone? Is there a neighbour or friend who can come and sit with you?

Go back and check the expirary date on the chocolate, if its in date then dont panic, if its about to expire imminently, you may be forced to force it down. Be brave.
You DONT waste good chocoalte, its the law.

You just made me go to the shop for chocolate, and then I decided to buy bread, and a drink for DP, and then got to the till and realised I'd miscounted and didn't have enough change. So no chocolate. Came back to raid the pocket of one of my jumpers which I'm sure has change in and can't find it :(
