I mean, the injustice of it!

They don't give a bollocks about politics or pension plans, all they know is shed loads of children are getting the day off to play in the sunshine and they've been left out.

I would have been spitting feathers if it were me.

But then I hear that some children actually like school these days, but I've discounted that as a vicious lie spun by smug mums who are showing off about their DC Grin

DD has gone to school today saying it's not fair that DS2 is off school.

On the up side she was happy to share with 5 children a 52 seater coach this morning.Grin

You're right Trillian, and I'd like to sincerely apologise for any offence caused by my overly sentimental title, and lack of acronym.

I'd like to amend it, if I may, to 'To feel sorry for the poor bastards whose teachers aren't on strike tomorrow?'

And I bet they all sat on the back seat muddyangels Grin

We're in Northern Ireland and not sure if some teachers are striking, but all the teachers in my DC's school are in and it's business as usual with the last-day-of-year parties. We have the 2 week long 12th July public holiday so all or most schools will usually finish on 30th June at the latest.
