To be greedy and suggest that Alan Rickman wouldn't be enough to sate my appetites and instead .....

suggest a top three of 'I soooo would'? Even here I struggle to narrow it down but (rolls up sleeves) may I suggest-
Stephen Mangan
Ralph Fiennes
John Craven from the 1970's.
Indeed tis a splendid mix agreed?
Ok maybe the last one qualifies as a weird crush.......

I'm concerned that I don't seem to have a "type"...my biggest crushes are Gene Hunt, Hugh Jackman (as Wolverine) and David Bowie.

They're not even slightly similar to each other! Does that mean something psychologically?

Although I have seen a fair number of names on this thread that make me go "phwoar!"

PaintedToenails · 24/06/2011 21:12

I take the Jarvis Cocker and the Hugh Jackman and I add the Gorgeousness in Human Form that is James May off Top Gear.....corrr!

Lipstickgal · 24/06/2011 21:19

Swanker-Pppsfft. Tooth suck.
Gene Hunt yes now we're talking......omn nom munchy.

Yes to Morrissey but only when he was young. He has a bit of a weird no neck thing going on now.

Lipstickgal · 24/06/2011 21:38

I'm watching him now and, alas I declare he is no longer a sad loss to womankind.....

dementedma · 24/06/2011 21:42

Jason Isaacs
Alan Rickman
Gordon buchanan (gorgeous curly haired cameraman from Spring Watch)

Chris Packham is cute too
Viggo Mortensen as Aragorn

Oh dear, that's 5!

breadandbutterfly · 24/06/2011 21:42

So he's off your 'to do' list, then? Grin

Scuttlebutter · 24/06/2011 21:50

Can we assume for the purposes of this exercise that Alan R is available, straight and can be shared painlessly between the many of us who want him? Grin

I'd also add in to the mix - Cieran Hinds (Captain Wentworth - swoon and also lovely in Miss Pettigrew lives for a day)

My third leg of the triangle would be John Goodman. Mmmm, I so would. Lots to climb. And ride. Hmmm.

And I'd just add that Peter Dinklage in Game of Thrones is just lush - he has walked away with the series.

Lipstickgal · 24/06/2011 22:01

Well yes frankly but he wasn't in my top ten -I'm coping with this bitter blow...
Chris Packham wouldn't be adverse to being at one with nature although I liked him more in his peroxide days.
If one of my top three fell off the list due to unforeseen circumstances I'd give room to Richard Armitage. I'm all heart me.

HowlingBitch · 24/06/2011 22:05

Peter Dinklage is amazing!

Umami · 25/06/2011 07:19

Well if we're on Game of Thrones, I'll be having Jamie Lannister, Lord Snow and Rob Stark. And Lord Baelish can watch.

Awomancalledhorse · 25/06/2011 12:43

My DH doesn't understand why I love Peter Dinklage!
He's been mine since the Station Agent Blush

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 25/06/2011 12:50

Toenails, I'm sorry, but James May is just a bridge too far. Unless this is turning into a 'shameful crushes' thread. In which case I have plenty to add. Grin

Scuttle, for the purposes of these letchfests threads, one always pays no heed at all to basic facts like sexual orientation, marital status, or any other tedious RL points. It is all firmly in the realms of filthy fantasy. Much more fun!

Scuttlebutter · 25/06/2011 13:48

Grin Well, that's allright then.

On the Game of Thrones theme, there's plenty there to keep me entertained. Something about a man wearing robes, long hair, wielding a sword confidently and looking lush in black. So that's most of the Knights Watch then plus the chappy who's accompanying the Khaleesi - I'd love to have a bodyguard whose job it is to look rugged, grizzled and handsome while hanging on my every word and being prepared to do whatever is required. Ahem. Cough.

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 25/06/2011 13:53

Have only watched episode 1 of Game of Thrones so far, but am enjoying Peter Dinklage's ... work. Also the evil white-haired guy with the 'sweet sister', who I think was in Doctor Who as a schoolboy not so long ago, which makes me feel a bit wrong. But he does have a fascinating face. Give me another episode or two and it could develop into a proper crush if a rather age-inappropriate one.

And yes, if we're talking about long hair, swords and robes then I must concur with those on this thread who've mentioned Viggo 'hot as Aragorn' Mortensen.

scarletfingernail · 25/06/2011 14:05

Daniel Craig is always in the top 3.

The other 2 can vary depending on what I've been watching on the box but most often include

Damian Lewis
Tom Hardy
Matt Baker
Jenson Button

This week I will go for Daniel Craig, Jason Isaacs and Damian Lewis

LadyClariceCannockMonty · 25/06/2011 14:08

Did you see Isaacs in the crowd at Wimbledon yesterday?

ILoveYouToo · 25/06/2011 14:10

Alexander Skarsgard
Daniel Craig
Jason Momoa

Mmmmmm........... Smile

James May????? Shock [vomit emoticon]

ILoveYouToo · 25/06/2011 23:10
Confused
LadyClariceCannockMonty · 26/06/2011 14:57

ILoveYou, not at all! Don't know Jason M, cannot agree on Daniel pouty lips like a girl Craig but Skarsgaard ? ding dong.

So glad you're with me on James May.

Alexander's dad Stellan sometimes floats my boat too.

Umami · 26/06/2011 15:49

I'll share Jason Momoa if one of mine is busy.

Raebeech · 26/06/2011 16:23

Oh decisions, decisions....

I'm definitely there on Alan Rickman, it's the then I'm having problems with.

Mark Harmon, Michael Weatherly, Eric Close, Anthony Starke (the real actor not the comic book Iron Man!) And that's just off the top of my head. I'd need a revolving door on the bedroom Grin

Choufleur · 26/06/2011 16:43

Daniel Craig
Pierce Brosnan (when he started doing bond)
Tom Hardy

Can I have more than three? There are more I want to add

Lipstickgal · 26/06/2011 16:55

Ahhh go'on....however more than five would be a tad, well difficult I would imagine. However in the spirit of the thread I also offer, er, um Phil SPencer and Dustin Hoffman back in the day. Yes indeedy.
