to explain, the court staff tended to be middle class. But the defendants were mostly working class. Cant they catch the middle class wrongdoers. ? (I only only ask the questions....vicky derbyshire would like to be a judge

Ha ha. A Tory?? Are you shitting me? I live in Scotland.....there are very few tories there.....the people of Scotland have sense....

ohhappyday · 19/06/2011 19:24

Ive said this before on here and I will say it again. It's twats like you who keep the stinking class system in this country alive.

Like K999 i'm Scottish - I have a wide social circle of friends, read grown up papers etc Class is never ever discussed. Not in newspapers either.4

The only time i read about class is on here. In my experience it is only those that aspire to be mc that discuss it no one else gives a shit.

There is no difference between wrongdoing sin is sin in my opinion. You are suggesting wealthier people do not get prosecuted etc WRONG they get caught all the time - just like everyone else.

Please do not try to baffle me with your big talk - I believe in the campaign for clear English.

ihatecbeebies · 19/06/2011 19:28

Grin @ k999

GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 19:34

If you dont think class exists in england you have not taken a serious look at england. Or indeed any other country it is part of the human condition (animals too if you have worked on a farm. Even chickens have a pecking order. So either do some seriousreading or dont. Its up toyou . But if 999 uses mental illness abuse I think he should be removed from this very liberal site.I rest my case

Arent we talking about the english court system ?Which is riddled with class. Sometimes the only working class person in court is in the dock.

Scotland has been mentioned. So why does your country need a knew law to control internet abuse over football. the law is going through presently. You will wreck the whole system if you cannot control yourselves. Damn me you have a worse football team than england and thats difficult to achieve.

GabbyLogoff, my comment was meant to be tongue in cheek....you always sound very angry. As to me spreading my "poison" elsewhere....no thanks. I am quite comfy where I am....

K999 · 19/06/2011 19:45

We don't need any "knew" laws.....

K999 · 19/06/2011 19:48

And wreck what whole system?? You are a bit confusing. I sometimes think you remind me of that Two Ronnies Mastermind sketch...

ohhappyday · 19/06/2011 19:49

It only exists in the minds of those who want it to exist. Namely those who feel superior to others. IMO the people who perceive themselves to be mc are usually from working back grounds and enjoy looking down on those they grew up with etc. It's a load of rubbish. Many of the countries richest people consider themselves to be of working stock and good on them. Gone are the days when we have to humble ourselves at the feet of those who perceive themselves to be of a better class. We are no longer conditioned to be in awe of school teachers, doctors, ministers etc because we now are those people as well.

There are many people in this country who can't stand this but TOUGH. The working person will be trodden on no more. POWER TO THE PEOPLE.

PS there was nothing wrong with k999's comments. Your posts are awfully badly written.

LOUD NOISES

GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 19:55

Happy day with joblessness high. People feel free to criticise you must live in a Daily Torygraph worldand quimby your name seems to have been nicked from between a womans legs. What significance has that?

GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 19:58

I reported k999 reluctantly because he came in with mental and old age abuse. I dont think there is any question of a ban at this stage but its not my decision

ohhappyday · 19/06/2011 20:04

Gabby - I am never again going to communicate with you. That was an absolutely disgusting thing to say to the op. You should be ashamed of yourself. Your posts make no sense at all obviously you are not capable of adult conversation.

K999 · 19/06/2011 20:04

GabbyLogOff...you were the first to mention anyones age...

Please report me. Feel free. Tis an Internet forum for all views to be posted. As I said before, my comment was not meant to offend. If you are offended, then as I say, report till your hearts content....

K999 · 19/06/2011 20:05

Oh by the way, don't want to report you for sexism but I am a "she".....

RustyBear · 19/06/2011 20:09

I'd be willing to bet you're not 40 years older than me, Gabby....

I'll be 55 in August.

ohhappyday · 19/06/2011 20:10

I'm actually quite chuffed. Never been reported once in the 5 years I've been on MN....Grin

GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 20:23

the case I put was that you used mental and ageist abuse. Did you not do that? Its brings the net into disrepute. and as in scotland into the courts.

OP posts:
GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 20:26

And that new law will make a vast difference as to what scots can sayon footie without going to an unpleasnat little room with bars. it is a big deal pack it in

OP posts:
K999 · 19/06/2011 20:27

Yeah, yeah, whatever....lol at the net into disrepute.....

And what do the Scottish courts have to do with it???

GabbyLoggon · 19/06/2011 20:37

I will do you a favour; and warn you that our nicknames do not apparently protect us from the authorities. I dont want message boards influenced by the lawof the land anymore thna they are now. You wont get more freedom than you get on mumsnet.

OP posts:
K999 · 19/06/2011 20:39

Gabby, but what have I said that would get me prosecuted by the authorities?
