In the last few days I've seen some sights, very overweight men walking around with no tops on. Why do they think they can remove their tops in hot weather and not give a flying fuck what others have to look at.
Yes I'm being bitchy. As for them removing them walking around Asda that's just wrong.

I don't think women can be prosecuted for indecent exposure at all.

Think there was a test case years ago about 2 streakers - the jury concluded that as their reproductive organs (vagina/uterus) couldn't be seen they were cleared.

I think that was the legal definition of indecency at the time.Don't know if external genitals counts now.

I suppose as long as you haven't had a brazilian, it could be argued that your vulva can't be seen as you queue for your chips
